McKinney Health + Sublocade
OUD needs some medicine. That medicine needs to be sold. Our digital iPad experience helped lead sales of a life saving medication for Opioid Use Disorder.
Providing Patterns
Goals - Sales teams have VERY strict regulations on what they can show, what they can say, and even how the conversation flow occurs in the app. Clarity was the name of the game so there was more to show and less to tell.
Outcome - I chunked the conversations into sections vs. just making lots of pages talking about the medicine. The sales tool became a guide instead of a giant brochure. I was designing for more than 1 product that all had the same cumbersome designs. So, I showed resuable elements the graphic designers could create that helped redesigns take far less time. Days instead of weeks.
Familiar patterns on iPads were being used, like segmented controllers, large tappable menus that were used as breadcrumbs at the bottom of the screen. Beforehand, there was pages of hyperlinks like a table of contents to a book. Which is NOT the same as app navigation.
Sample : Reusable Format : Sublocade and Perseris
Goals - Show our customers that McKinney Health could create a new format for sales that increased clarity and conversion across their other medications.
Outcome - Sublocade and Perseris used my native patterns and controls to increase sales by 20%.
