I work at the intersection of play, systems, and clarity—helping teams craft better experiences from first click to long-term loyalty.
Whether it’s a social platform, a layered ecomm journey, or a community-based product, I partner with teams to make complex ideas feel effortless, engaging, and alive. I’m the person who helps you zoom out, look at what’s really landing (or not), and bring the whole thing into sharper focus.
You know that moment when everything just clicks for a user?
That’s what I help design toward.
Circadence Security gamified learning cybersecurity. They are wildly successful and fun to boot.
They had a simple ask - to generate a in-game chat experience that allowed for team communications, one-on-one secret messages, and team leader-to-teammate conversations.
Using simple research of game chat spaces, client services like Slack, allowed us to very quickly pencil sketch and implement into code directly.
It was a small, quick, really fun project. And now, I actually have a friend from Sphero working for them full time!
The game already had a style. The client needed functional specs for easy implementation, so that’s what I created.
V2Soft created a social platform to allow mentors to give back. Imagine auctioning a lunch or giving up 1 hour of your time as a expert CEO to meeting up with a younger upstart? That’s what iConnectX is for.
I lead website audit and reconstruction using the CEO and his team during an all day creative storming session.
I lead user interviews and understanding around competitive sites that use auctions, donations, non-profits, and fundraising to learn behavior.
I provided complete wireframes for a new design, working with the executive and development teams.
The problem to giving, as a user, is that most methods are convoluted or not personal. Thus, then iConnectX wants executives to donate their time, how does one find the right leader to connect with? Hence, a fun and personal onboarding experience for user and leaders.
Beats by Dre and then Apple Music created a fun interactive way to get users to provide personal information to help curate better results for their users. I did the same, but showing the user selecting what’s important to them makes the service smarter by then providing smart options as they go. The final result is a personalize list of leaders they will more likely connect with.
